I took a cooking class with Andi twice. Each time we made 3-4 dishes - raw soups, deserts, dressings, chutneys and curries. All of the dishes we made were chosen based on the season and our (me and my boyfriend) doshas. Before the class Andi would email me the ingredients, and when she came to my kitchen, I would have everything ready. An hour or two of prep work and cooking, and I would be left with week worth of fresh and amazingly tasty dishes that would make both my body and my soul sing. In New York's hectic lifestyle having such a class is a luxury. It's like having the best raw organic vegan restaurant at your own home. Try it!
