• Leave your shoes outside the Shala.

• Please turn off your cell phone completely, do not leave it on vibrate.

• No snacks before class, Yoga should be practised with an empty stomach.

• As your arrive to your Yoga Shala, please try not to be loud: remember that Yoga seeks for inner silence and introspection.

• Please bring your own mat.

• Please do not to use frangances or perfumes for class.
